Welcome to Hot Rocks, primitive cooking in a tiki dining experience. Enjoy perfectly-cooked, delicious, sizzling food, bite after delicious bite.
Hot rock cooking is one of the oldest styles of cooking, dating back to 7,000 B.C., yet it is relatively new to Wisconsin. We introduced hot rock cooking to our menu in 2016. It soon became so popular, that we decided to make it the centerpiece of the dining experience in our restaurant.
In fact, in the summer of 2018, we used it as an opportunity to reimagine, rebrand, and rename ourselves.
Why? Because it’s cooked by you, at your table, exactly as you like it.
